After years of being seen as "not that successful child", and incapable for his goals, Mehmet co-founded SINCxEDU.
From working late nights in pizzas, packing cargo boxes in dusty warehouses, and sitting in classrooms where ambition was mistaken for arrogance; he kept biting the bullet to feel how it hurts for a student separated from his father, carrying the weight of his entire family on his shoulders.
"That child grew up," he says, not as a statement of pride, but as proof that limits are often illusions created by others. His vision is to create a space where belief, resilience, and passion meet; so that no student's potential is left unseen.
I didn't build this idea, the journey I've walked allowed me to meet people carrying different stories, different struggles, and different hopes.
Their lives shaped the vision and idea that became SINCxEDU.
Tadianna Ha is a senior at İstek Kemal Atatürk Anatolian High School, interested in the intersections of mathematics, computer science, and finance.
Having been involved in MUN and classical ballet for many years, she has earned recognition in both academics and extracurricular activities. Her commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom, demonstrating a holistic approach to personal and academic growth.
Having grown up across multiple cultures and languages—Mandarin, English, Turkish, and Kazakh—Tadianna understands the challenges students face when navigating educational systems. She is passionate about supporting initiatives that expand access to opportunity through barriers.
Growing up across multiple cultures and languages has given Tadianna a unique perspective on the challenges students face in diverse educational systems.
Her understanding of different cultural contexts strengthens SINCxEDU's mission to support students from various backgrounds.
Pioneered the 4-dimension evaluation framework (RQ, SIV, AQ, SED) that looks beyond test scores to identify students with true potential for impact.
Intentionally weights socio-economic equity as 30% of evaluation—the largest single factor—because opportunity gaps must be actively closed.
We believe in publishing clear rubrics, sharing real-time data, and making the selection process understandable to all applicants.
Built SINCxEDU as a global network—connecting scholars, universities, and companies to accelerate education futures through collaboration.
Together, the co-founders envision SINCxEDU supporting 1,000 scholars across 50 countries by 2030, creating a global network of changemakers who are transforming their communities and industries through innovation and collaboration.
"Every scholar we support becomes a catalyst for change. They don't just transform their own futures—they transform the world around them. That's the power of investing in resilience."

"We don't look for perfection, we look for drive. Because the child who once doubted himself can one day build doors for others."
